DESCRIPTION:PERMA-Lead® – Certification Workshop in English \nSummer Certification in Hungary – Esztergom\, close to Budapest with Reinhard Fröhlich-Steiner (live) and Dr. Markus Ebner (online) \nDiscover what makes this summer certification so special below! \nTarget Audience:\nIndividuals involved in personnel development\, consulting\, coaching\, or training for leaders and managers. Participant numbers in the certification workshop are limited to ensure optimal interaction. \nObjective:\nLearn to apply\, interpret\, and implement the three Positive Leadership methods and earn certification. Gain the skills and authorization to independently use the tools. Explore methods and tools for Positive Leadership coaching and seminars. \nOverview:\nPositive Leadership\, or strength-based leadership\, is a management approach adopted by numerous companies in recent years. Many modern leadership programs and coaching sessions incorporate this method. Its unique advantage lies in its proven ability to significantly enhance employee performance\, motivation\, and satisfaction\, as evidenced by extensive research. \nThis certification workshop combines in-person sessions\, practical application\, peer group tasks\, and a concluding online classroom. You will gain a comprehensive introduction to Positive Leadership and hands-on experience with the PERMA‐Lead® Positive Leadership Profiler\, 360° Feedback\, and organizational culture analysis. You will also develop the competency and authorization to use all three tools independently. \nThe PERMA‐Lead® Positive Leadership Profiler\, 360° Feedback\, and organizational culture analysis are scientifically validated tools based on Martin Seligman’s PERMA model. Designed for practical use\, these tools provide targeted support in leadership coaching\, development programs\, and organizational development. A key benefit is their ability to measure both the current state and successful developmental steps. This facilitates tailored coaching interventions\, seminar content\, and organizational development concepts\, with measurable outcomes. \nThe workshop also emphasizes practical applications of the Positive Leadership assessment tools in coaching\, leadership development\, and organizational development. You will explore specific applications\, potential challenges\, and practical experiences. Additionally\, you will be introduced to a complete\, field-tested seminar design for PERMA‐Lead®\, enabling you to design workshops for leaders\, team members\, and organizational development processes. Furthermore\, you will learn various Positive Leadership coaching\, consulting\, and communication techniques that can be directly applied in your practice and shared with coachees or seminar participants. All techniques are practiced during the seminar. \nUpon certification and completion of the workshop\, you will be authorized to use these assessment tools independently. You will also have the option to be listed for free on a directory of certified practitioners\, made available to companies seeking professionals trained in these tools. \nFour-Step Program: \n\nComprehensive Knowledge:\nIn a three-day in-person seminar from June 26 to June 28\, 2025\, you will learn about Positive Leadership concepts and related assessment tools. You will also practice coaching techniques and didactic exercises suitable for seminars. During this phase\, you will complete your own PERMA‐Lead Profiler.\nPractical Application:\nAfter the in-person module\, you will conduct a PERMA‐Lead Profiler assessment with a leader and provide feedback in a coaching session.\n(Online) Peer Group Support:\nIn small\, self-organized peer groups (held online or in person)\, you will prepare for the feedback coaching session and collaboratively analyze the results of a 360° Feedback and an organizational culture analysis. Two 2-hour peer group meetings are scheduled.\nPractical Reflection and Ongoing Support:\nSeveral weeks after the in-person seminar\, the entire training group will meet for a 2-hour online seminar to reflect on practical experiences and address any questions with the trainer. This online seminar will take place on September\nThe entire training spans four seminar days (3 in-person days\, peer group work\, and the online session).\n\nUpon completing these four steps\, you will receive a certification that authorizes you to independently apply the assessment tools and use the PERMA‐Lead logos. \nSeminar Leader: \nReinhard Fröhlich-Steiner and Dr. Markus Ebner \n \nReinhard Fröhlich-Steiner\, MA\nSenior Trainer for Positive Leadership & Business Coach \nReinhard Fröhlich-Steiner specializes in the application of Positive Psychology and Positive Leadership and works as a trainer and coach across the entire DACH region. He has extensive experience in developing and collaborating with leaders and teams. As a long-standing member of Dr. Markus Ebner’s team\, he supports companies and leaders in establishing Positive Leadership within their organizations. \nIn addition to a degree in Personnel and Knowledge Management and a master’s degree in Communication Management\, he completed his coaching training with Trigon Austria. He has also been a lecturer at a University of applied sciences in Vienna for several years. As a certified business coach and PERMA-Lead® consultant\, he combines scientifically grounded approaches with practical\, application-oriented methods.
